Sarah is knowledgable, has an excellent, adaptable coaching style, provides highly applicable content and creates a fun, engaging environment in which to learn.

I needed help to understand somethings I clearly didn't - and hiring managers clearly didn't either! I was runner up in job appointments too many times. I had enough of interview feedback around a slight preference in 'fit' for the other candidate and no practical explanation. I chanced upon Sarah.
So very many useful learnings overall, I came away with a whole suite of techniques and self awareness in how to create a really rich interaction - from first correspondence, to first meeting, to successful contract, and on into the workplace, including
- reading behavioural styles to adapt my own communications style for greater impact
- setting up every conversation for success and mutual benefit
- discerning and handling unspoken objections - diminish their impact
- removing personal saboteurs
Still practicing and polishing some of the techniques, I take forward a restored self belief, energy and practical methods to get the best from any interaction for both parties.....making the fine detailed changes to put me ahead of the competition. In tangible terms, its helped me expand my network rapidly, with an 80%+ response rate, knowing that my next role is going to be obtained through this route.

The only way I can describe Sarah’s Eagle Development Programme is by saying that it is the perfect culmination of various leadership development courses, exec coaching, books and podcasts that I have consumed over the years. But, better!

I've known Sarah for far longer than she'd care to admit, I worked with her in two big companies and then brought her in to lead training and development for a smaller company, and then most recently she has been coaching two of my team in her consultancy.

The change in those individuals has been marked and has made a real difference to them as whole people as well as in their working lives. Sarah is in an incredible communicator, and embeds trust, and reassurance. She helped us all refocus on what was important for each other and our customers. Her ability to tailor specific coaching to individuals really did make a difference.

I've been working with Sarah for a few months on the EAGLE program. One thing I would say is this program is not a training course, it’s a personal learning development journey.
Sarah gently coaches me in the direction that works best for me while staying within the time frame of the program. The program is very rewarding and is helping me to reach my full potential. I feel the program isn’t limited to a one-size-fits-all all, although there is a clear framework that is easily adapted to the person taking the program.

I would say that to get the best out of Sarah and the program. you need to be ready to grow, be pushed to uncomfortable places and be ready for how amazing it feels once the highs happen more often than the lows.
I can’t thank my Managing Director enough for encouraging me to take this program and to Sarah who has been my coach, my listener, my guidance, a person of support and most importantly a bubbly burst of energy at every single session. Before starting I thought I was coping & getting through life. However through the programme I was able to identify that I was highly impacted by imposter syndrome, it was getting in the way of every aspect of my life and I didn't realise.

Working through the programme I increased my self-confidence by 50%, I am socially active again, been offered jobs, travelling & doing the things I want to do. I have broken free from the shackles of self-doubt as a result I also spend less time procrastinating.

Sarah delivered an Imposter Syndrome webinar to over 100 people and captivated the audience immediately. Sarah provided an interactive forum that enabled engagement across the group right from the outset. This enabled people to feel they could be really honest about their experiences. Not an easy feat with such a large group.

The information Sarah shared sparked a lot of conversation during and after the webinar, it really opened our eyes to appreciate how many people struggle on a day to day basis and prompted us to explore how we could support each other more. The success of the session was evidenced by the significant appetite for further engagement.
