Lead Brightly Community.

A confidential leadership sounding board.

Launching September 2026

Whether you’re navigating a difficult conversation, leading change, managing team dynamics, making a high-stakes decision or simply questioning whether you’re taking the right approach, you’ll have access to a trusted group of like-minded leaders who understand the realities of leadership because they’re living them too.

Through a combination of peer discussion, shared experience, fresh perspectives and ongoing support, you’ll gain access to the challenge, encouragement and insight every leader needs, but few have readily available.

Leadership can feel lonely and exposing.

Even the most experienced leaders sometimes need a safe place to think out loud, test ideas and talk through challenges without judgement.

The higher you go, the fewer people you can speak to openly about the challenges you’re facing.

The expectations increase.

The stakes get higher.

The decisions become more complex.

Yet the number of people you can talk to honestly often gets smaller.

The Lead Brightly Community provides a confidential space for leaders who value perspective, challenge and support.

Bring your real-world leadership challenges of any size, think out loud with experienced peers, gain fresh perspectives and make better decisions with confidence.

Founding Member Benefits

By joining now, you'll benefit from ...

My intention isn’t to create another membership full of content people never use.

It’s to create a trusted leadership sounding board where members can think out loud, gain perspective, learn from others and leave each session clearer, more confident and better equipped to lead.

Meet Your Facilitator.

Hi, I’m Sarah Farmer.

I’m an international multi-award-winning executive coach, best-selling author of Leader Unleashed and founder of Bright & Brilliant Ltd.

For over a decade, I’ve helped senior leaders and leadership teams navigate some of the most challenging aspects of leadership, including confidence, communication, difficult conversations, change, team dynamics and decision-making.

My role within the Lead Brightly Community isn’t to provide all the answers.

It’s to create a trusted environment where leaders can think more clearly, challenge their assumptions, learn from one another and leave with greater clarity, confidence and action.

My aim is to help members develop the self-leadership skills that enable them to lead themselves, their teams and their organisations more effectively.

I believe some of the best solutions emerge when experienced leaders are given the space, support and challenge needed to think things through.

And sometimes, all it takes is one question, one perspective or one conversation to unlock a completely different way forward.

My aim is simple: to help leaders build the confidence, clarity and capability they need to Lead Brightly.

Sarah is no blunt instrument. Her engaging and positive personality does make the process more effective, in that her style makes teams want to bare their soul, with objectivity and honesty.

Why Group Coaching Works.

The Lead Brightly Community is designed specifically for leadership growth, reflection and peer support.

One of the biggest advantages of group coaching is that you don’t just learn from your own challenges - you learn from everyone else’s too.

You often get the answer to a question you didn’t even know you needed to ask.

A challenge shared by another leader can spark a new perspective, unlock a solution or help you realise you’re not facing your situation alone.

Current leadership group coaching participants regularly tell us:

“Listening to other leaders helped me see my challenge differently.”

“I realised I wasn’t the only one facing these issues.”

“I learnt as much from other people’s challenges as I did from my own.”

“The questions and perspectives from the group helped me reach a solution I hadn’t considered.”

By bringing together leaders with different experiences, industries and perspectives, the group creates a powerful environment for learning, reflection and growth.

There’s something incredibly powerful about sitting in a room with other leaders and realising you’re not the only one facing these challenges. The peer support, accountability and different perspectives helped me see things more clearly, make better decisions and move forward with confidence.

Why Leaders Join.

Not every leadership challenge requires a full coaching programme.

Sometimes you simply need a trusted space to think out loud, gain perspective and learn from others who understand the realities of leadership.

The Lead Brightly Community provides an accessible way to access expert facilitation, peer support and fresh perspectives without the commitment or investment of a full executive coaching programme.

Whether you’re looking for ongoing development, occasional support with leadership challenges or simply a trusted sounding board, the community provides a practical and affordable way to continue growing as a leader.
