Anna plays a key role in supporting Sarah with diary management and appointment scheduling, ensuring that everything at Bright and Brilliant runs seamlessly and efficiently. Outside of work, Anna enjoys taking long walks with her Beagle and cherishing quality time with her two young boys.

Doug has over 20 years of experience in professional learning and development and consultancy. He has held senior positions in operational management, sales, and strategic learning and development working in diverse sectors, such as transportation (cruise ships and train operating companies), engineering and leisure retail and has worked with a broad range of clients in the leisure retail, transportation, automotive, engineering, and social housing sectors, as well as public sector organisations. He has designed and delivered leadership and interpersonal programmes with businesses working in those arenas. Focusing primarily on leadership and interpersonal skills, Doug has worked with employees at all levels, including the development of bespoke graduate training programmes for businesses, empowering them to learn the skills needed to succeed in their careers and developing the talent of the future. He is fluent in several languages including English, French and Spanish and is able to deliver training to a wide range of participants.

Jacqui has more than 25 years’ experience in strategy, transformation and marketing. She has worked at Exec and Board level for 15 years, including holding two Board Director positions and Acting CIO for the Co-op Specialist Businesses. Following an early scientific career, Jacqui has worked across a diverse range of sectors including fintech, insurance, legal services, travel, pharmaceuticals, energy, learning & development and life planning. Jacqui led the revival of Co-op Life Planning, taking it from number 3 to number 1 in the market within 18 months and growing the business by 550% over 5 years. In the legal sector, she defined and led a £50m programme of change to disrupt the market and deliver a market-leading customer experience. She has led digital product innovation in gifting and rewarding, including developing an innovative digital gift card product and launching the UK’s first fully digital gift card for the mobile wallet. In 2020, Jacqui established her own consultancy business and enjoys working with a portfolio of SME clients. She works with SME businesses to accelerate their growth through an outcome-based approach to business strategy, culture and change. She brings clarity, alignment and pace to remove obstacles and identify growth opportunities, improving customer, people and commercial outcomes. Sarah Murray is a high performance coach and experienced performance psychologist. Sarah works with teams, individuals and leaders to enhance and develop understanding of themselves and those they lead. She uses her expertise to develop high performance people, pathways and leaders. Her aim is to enable individuals to thrive in fast paced, dynamic performance worlds by connecting them with their super strengths and using these effectively. Sarah has over 14 years experience working with individuals in elite sport , business and education. She has worked with a range of national sporting teams and organisations including many years working with a premier league football club.

As organisational psychologist, accredited coach, and speaker, with 25+ years of experience of organisations across retail, telecoms and fintech sectors, Danny helps businesses, leaders and C-suites identify the specific behaviours and nurtures the cultures required to support their strategy. He is a Fellow of the Association for Business Psychology, a published academic researcher, and a certified psychometrician.

Suzanne has 20 year’s experience across predominantly the recruitment and outplacement sectors, as a learning and development consultant and outplacement coach. She has been a hiring manager, recruiter and lead outplacement consultant for global, market-leading organisations. Suzanne is an ILM Level 7 executive coach and mentor and accredited in Everything DiSC profiling for leaders and teams.
