Terms & Conditions.
Payment terms
All fees are payable in advance for any service provided.

A minimum 15% deposit is required to secure the assignment start date. This is non-refundable.

Agreement by email and or any deposit received indicates acceptance of the assignment and agreement to the terms and conditions.

In return for the fees payable by the client (or by a third party on their behalf), Sarah Farmer, Bright & Brilliant Ltd agrees to provide the service as described in services and by the terms and conditions set out.

The client agrees to pay fees for the service on the terms and conditions set out (in situations where a third party pays the fees, the third party counts as an agent acting on behalf of the client).
Cancellations

In the event the Client wishes to rearrange a coaching session, meeting, or any form of service, at least 48 hours' notice is required to carry forward the unused session or service free of any additional charge. Where less than 48 hours’ notice is given the unused session or service will be forfeited.

In exceptional circumstances, Sarah Farmer, Bright & Brilliant Ltd may need to rearrange a session. In these circumstances, Sarah Farmer, Bright & Brilliant Ltd will use reasonable endeavours to provide a mutually satisfactory alternative appointment with the client.

The client may terminate their coaching contract at any time in writing. Any monies owed at the time of cancellation to Sarah Farmer, Bright & Brilliant Ltd will become due immediately. The client shall not be entitled to any refund regardless of the circumstances.

By exception, Sarah Farmer, Bright & Brilliant Ltd may be unable to provide further coaching or support to the client and terminate the service early. Where necessary Sarah Farmer, Bright & Brilliant Ltd may suggest it is appropriate to signpost the client to other professionals in the event of risk to the client or others.

In such a circumstance, the client will be given reasonable notice of termination by Sarah Farmer, Bright & Brilliant Ltd where practicable and refunded any advance payments made for coaching or other services not yet provided.

Duration
Program durations vary. Sessions from the chosen program must be taken within the time allocated per the agreement or will be forfeited.

Copyright
All materials, including but not limited to written and video, shared during the coaching program remain the intellectual property of Sarah Farmer, Bright & Brilliant Ltd. These materials are not to be shared with anyone not participating in the program and are for the use of the Named Client only.
