You bring the issue and together we find the root cause and deal with it so you can move forward, fast.

This session is designed for one clear, solvable leadership or professional issue, especially when you feel like you’re going round in circles with it.

Pre-session focus
We clarify the issue you want to resolve so we go straight to depth and solve the real problem that’s getting in the way.
The 2-hour Strategy Session
This is where the shift happens.
We combine:
Coaching – unpacking the beliefs, emotional triggers and thinking patterns driving the issue
Mentoring – providing the tools & building the practical strategy to handle it effectively
Together we:
• Get to the root of what’s actually going on
• Separate fact from fear
• Understand how your thinking is shaping your behaviour
• Strengthen how you show up under pressure
• Build or refine the specific leadership skill needed (e.g. handling a difficult conversation, setting boundaries, delivering change, addressing performance)
• Build a clear, practical way forward
• Define exactly what you’re going to do next
No fluff - just clarity, confidence and direction.
30-minute Follow-Up (2 weeks later)
Because insight without action changes nothing.
We review progress, refine your approach and make sure you’re moving, not slipping back into old patterns.
