This programme is for Executive teams ultimately responsible for their business's success, who would value a coaching partner integrated into their business, helping them achieve consistent, stand-out results both personally, professionally and organisationally.

The time available will be used for 1:1 Coaching, team Coaching and skills development workshops. The remaining time can be allocated to support and develop the executive team to help you achieve organisational goals. 

This could be in the form of facilitating meetings, running skills development workshops etc.

Having a dedicated coach as a consistent part of your team offers several powerful benefits that drive both individual and organisational growth. ​

 

1. Objective Perspective: unbiased, external viewpoints that can help the individuals and the team see blind spots, challenge assumptions, and navigate complex dynamics. For example, facilitating conversations around team challenges or strategic roadblocks without being influenced by internal politics.

Focused Leadership Development: 1:1 & group coaching and consistent support and/or development for the team provides ongoing opportunities for leaders to refine skills, develop self-awareness, and align their actions with organisational goals. For example, helping leaders strengthen emotional intelligence, enhance communication, or improve decision-making under pressure.

3. Enhanced Team Dynamics: addressing the team's interpersonal challenges helps build trust and improve collaboration within the wider leadership team. For example, avoiding conflicts or facilitating alignment around shared objectives.

 

4. Accountability and Follow-Through: keeping all executive leaders accountable for their commitments and growth goals. For example, ensuring that action plans from prior sessions are reviewed, updated, and executed.

 

5. Tailored Problem-Solving: providing immediate, customised support or skills development, whether it’s navigating change, managing difficult stakeholders, or adapting to market shifts.​

Your investment includes:

 

  • 44 hours of on-site or virtual 1:1 & group coaching, skills development workshops, support and additional development for the executive team (as required and agreed) 

  • Session Summaries and action plans provided by the coach

  • A copy of Sarah’s best-selling book LEADER UNLEASHED

  • Personal Core Values assessment

  • Resilience and self-belief questionnaires

 

Additional Options Include:

 

  • LEIPA ® Assessments plus group or 1:1 feedback

  • Spotlight ® or TTI Profile Assessments

All options are priced based on 6 executive leaders maximum per session. 

Additional leaders joining the programme will incur a charge of £1,000 per person + VAT
