A combination of coaching and training for improved effectiveness & skills development.

There are 3 levels of the programme (Gold, Silver, Bronze) for you to choose from depending on how far you want to grow and how much support you would like at your disposal.

​​​​For C-suite professionals who value an integral coaching partner to help them achieve consistent, stand out results both professionally and organisationally.

 

There is time to 'coach' and develop a wide rage of skills (if required).

With the GOLD programme, the coach becomes a go-to person to share ideas, challenge thinking, improve the impact and effectiveness the leader is having on their SLT and beyond, help make critical business decisions and provide additional support for the SLT as required e.g. attending and facilitating team meetings, change initiatives, handling difficult situations.

You will have priority access to your coach which means a fast  response and support (within an agreed time frame) allowing you to move beyond challenges quickly, more efficiently and with greater confidence of success.

The aptly named the Foundational program, offers a vital entry point into leadership coaching and development, designed to equip you with essential skills, tools and insights.

I've known Sarah for far longer than she'd care to admit, and worked with her in two big companies and then brought her in to lead training and development for a smaller company, and then most recently she has been coaching two of my team in her consultancy.
